DulyPlan is a social media management platform that may allow users to connect third-party social media accounts, create and manage content, schedule and publish posts, view analytics, collaborate with team members, and use related tools and features.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration

Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules. DulyPlan is not responsible for the availability, functionality, content, policies, API restrictions, account suspensions, or actions of any third-party platform.
You acknowledge that third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, permissions, or integrations at any time, and such changes may affect the functionality of the Service. We are not liable for any limitations, interruptions, errors, delays, or losses caused by third-party services.
6. Content and Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content, data, text, images, videos, captions, graphics, account information, and other materials that you submit, upload, connect, schedule, publish, or otherwise make available through the Service (User Content).
You grant DulyPlan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, and support the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content to the Service and to grant the license described above.
Our Content
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, logos, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to DulyPlan and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service.
7. Team Accounts and Permissions
If the Service supports multiple users, workspaces, organizations, or team members, the account owner or administrator is responsible for managing access, permissions, billing, and workspace settings.
You acknowledge that workspace administrators may be able to access, manage, modify, or remove content and account settings associated with the workspace.
8. Paid Plans, Billing, and Subscription Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and billing amounts displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize DulyPlan or its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated:
fees are charged in advance;
payments are non-refundable;
partial billing periods are not prorated; and
you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges applicable to your purchase.
We may change our pricing or subscription plans at any time. Where required, we will provide reasonable notice before pricing changes take effect.
If your payment method fails or your account becomes overdue, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials, beta access, promotional credits, or discounted plans from time to time. Such offers may be subject to additional terms and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at our discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, once a free trial ends, your paid subscription may begin automatically if you have provided a payment method.

the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
the Service will meet your requirements or expectations;
any content will be published at a specific time without delay or interruption;
any third-party integration will remain available; or
any defects will be corrected.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DulyPlan and its founders, owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or business interruption arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DulyPlan's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to DulyPlan for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 if you have not made any payments, whichever is greater.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DulyPlan and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
your use of the Service;
your User Content;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of any law or third-party right; or
your misuse of any connected third-party platform.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Last updated date above.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
